		<description>&lt;p&gt;&#60;p&#62;I love the concept of water conservation, but I HATE my low flow toilet. We have to keep a plunger handy at all times because it is needed often-and it is not for excess toilet paper being used.&#60;/p&#62;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;--&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;Some of the early low-flow toilets paired conventional design with less water, resulting in poor performance.  Modern day low-flows have been designed specifically to work with lower water amounts and are able to do the job more...completely...than the older ones.  -GN&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
